This book was SO good. It had the best of everything a great romance should have...sexy, troubled hero; likeable, innocent damsel in distress, humor, action, adventure, romance, great supporting characters (who stole nearly every scene they were in)...It had me laughing out loud from the beginning and refused to let up. My kids kept asking me what I was laughing at. Then ever so often, I was ready to get all weepy either from something so sweet or some sad event. I can't say enough good things about this book. I highly recommend it. I couldn't put it down...408 pages and I read it in less than 24 hours.

This book made me laugh, made me cry, and gave me that all over good warm fuzzy feeling. Chimera and Sterling are so great together. The trouble she inadvertently stirs up, and the trouble the children stir up as well will have you laughing. She truly frustrates Sterling and makes him take a good hard look at himself and act on the positive side of his conscience. I would recommend this book and several others written by this author. Rebecca Paisley truly knows how to weave a web that traps you in the pages of her books. It is terribly difficult to put down this book once you start reading.
