Have you received your copy of Moonstone yet?  If so, how are you doing with the reading?

I will admit, I am struggling with the story....

I'm almost done.  And I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by how much I've enjoyed this one, can't wait til the discussion starts!

I've started it with the online texts.  The only problem is that I seem to start reading at night and fall asleep.  It's not the book, it's me!

I hope I can remember it when the discussion starts :)

I already have the book. I started last night, but then my Nyquil kicked in and I fell asleep after the prefaces. lol I will say though, that I did like what Collins had to say in the preface. It was interesting, makes me want to read more about him after we finish this.

what about it caused the struggle? story, writing style?

I love love love Wilkie Collins.  I am tempted to re-read The Moonstone and join in.
