Anybody out there use any of the Moosewood Cookbooks?

I just received a couple but don't know where to start!  Any favorite recipes?

Thanks in advance  :)

I have three, one is about 10 years old.  Overall I think they are excellent; I could not pick out any single favorite recipe....My only hesitation with them (not enough to be a problem) is that the dishes are mostly kind of "heavy," or hearty----things that I want more in cold weather, and not so much when it's hot. And since we live in south Florida, that's kind of an issue.....but there are quite a few dishes I cook when it's cooler, like now.

I think they have some newer editions where they have "lightened" things up, and turn more toward lighter, brighter flavors.

Betty is right.  the dishes are kinda heavy for summer.  but I believe the original Moosewood resturant is in upstate New York.

I think it is the orginal first cookbook has a recipe on Page 150 ? for Zuccini crusted Pizza that is one of our household favorites.
