This is an excellent book if you're new to or unfamiliar with nontoxic, "green" living. It provides not only information, but also resources for preparing for your baby and creating a nontoxic home. If you already familiar with nontoxic living: using cloth diapers, breastfeeding, making your own baby food, limiting chemicals in your cleaners etc., the book may not be right for you as you will be familiar with everything it addresses.
