I loved this true account of Mountain Woman's life. She lived in Wisconsin and was married to Bad Thunder. There are some wonderful black and white pictures, this was so good after i finished i had to look Mountain Woman and Bad Thunder up on the web and read more. I let the neighbor girl use this for a book report at school and the teacher gave her an A for her report and for picking a autobiography of someone who lived near where we live. The story is very interesting and well recorded, she led a hard and interesting life.
