Congrats... Maybe to be on the safe side before he gets his mail changed over you might want to give a quick "head's up" email to TPTB.

They allow 2 accounts per household.  So it shouldn't be a problem unless you live with other family members who belong to PBS. 

I think the only issue with sharing an address is for new members.  If he were moving in and was just becoming a new member, he wouldn't get the two free credits for listing his first ten books because he was at the same address as another member.  A way to prevent scammers I suppose.

DD just moved back home from UT and so far we have had no problems with our accounts, she just changed her address to mine.
