This was a good read - some of Koontz's books are too out there for me (like Phantoms - ick) but I enjoyed this one.
Koontz is one of those authors that grabs your attention and you can't put the book down, and this one is no exception!
If you've read other books by this author, you know what to expect... and even then you're surprised. A real thriller - couldn't put it down!
If I were allowed to, I would rate this book on tape a 10! It is the VERY BEST book on tape I've ever heard, bar none.
Never have I heard a better reader. My mother (now deceased) and I listened to this book on tape over and over. And we had a collection of over 300 books on tape. Always we returned to listen to this particular on a regular basis.
For chills, thrills, the unexpected and surprises, this cannot be beat. Mr. Koontz's books will remain mesmerizing for decades upon decades!

Great listen for those long commutes or vacations. As always, Dean Koontz is a master of mystery.
