First of all, you should never mark books mailed until they are actually in the mail (ie, mailbox, big blue mailbox, etc.) -- there are too many things that can happen like book falling under the seat of your car, gets forgotten and discovered weeks later, etc. WHEN you have mailed the books, if you are still having a problem marking the books mailed, then contact PBS using the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page and tell them that you have mailed books, but can't mark them mailed and give them all the details. But yes, you have agreed to mail books and you need to follow through -- you will not lose your credit as long as you mail them in time, mark them mailed (or contact PBS if the problem continues).

I agree w/ Sally wait until they are in the mail before you click on "Mailed" . It may be that your computer is giving you trouble or your network.  Shut down and reboot to see if that helps.

Waiting isn't always an option for some people who have limited computer access.  I don't think the fact that it's sunday is an issue.  There are some post offices open on Sundays and there are also other places to print postage, stamps and blue boxes.

Have you done any computer updates lately? Tried clearing your cookies or whatever?  If that doesn't work then contact PBS.

Click your "print label" button again, but you don't have to actually print the label.   Sometimes by activating that step, it will kick the sent button into gear.  Then try to mark the book mailed.

I think PBS is having some problems now. Someone else has posted that they show books in their Books I've Requested Tab that the sender shows as being marked as mailed.  I am unable to remove books from my bookshelf or add them to my reminder list. I also ahve a book I've Requested close  to timing out that shows PBS DC.  I PM'd the sender with no response but they may see it as being marked mailed while it still shows as not having been marked mailed on my end.

I am not having any issues and I have had wish listed offers and a request today

I would take Hunters advice and look at the transaction again.  Confirm that the Print Wrapper button is green, if not then you re-printed a wrapper.

I just marked 4 books mailed, no problem. You won't be able to mark them mailed until you have printed a label, or at least hit the "print label" button--and even if you are hand-writing the label, you have to do that to get access to the recipient's address.
