Wonderful series of stories, and a great way to find new authors of cozy, craft-oriented amateur detective series. My Reminder List will grow by leaps and bounds adding these authors, and the craft listings at the back of the book are so extensive, I don't want to part with my copy. This is as much a crafter's paradise as it is a short story anthology.
An interesting collection of short stories based on crafts. Each is prefaced with a little history of the craft and finishes with directions for the craft. Not all of the stories are about murder, but several feature quite dark themes. The book has a good mix of stories by some well-known mystery authors.

This book was an easy quick read. It is hard to rate because I enjoyed some of the authors better than others, but all in all it was a fun book. The craft projects at the end of the book were also a fun addition. Although they did not all give detailed instructions, there was enough to get started, and incentive to find out more about the craft. (Or to decide it was not something I ever would want to do!)
