On Dec 6th, 1991, fresh-faced teens Jennifer Harbison and Eliza Thomas began to close up the Austin, Texas yogurt shop where they worked. They were joined by Jennifer's younger sister, Sarah, and her friend Amy Ayers. Less than an hour later all four girls were dead - apparent victims of a fire. But closer examination revealed that they had been bound and gagged, sexually assaulted, ans shot execution-style. It was the most horrific crime the peaceful college town had seen since the infamous University of Texas Tower shootings in 1966.

Corey Mitchell excels in writing true crime. This book is a must for true crime addicts.

Four beautuful teenage girls were brutally raped, murdered, and set on fire in a small yogurt shop in Austin, Texas. It was 1991 and who would know that these girls would soon experience the most terrifying and last day of their lives.

Between false confessions and an unexpected twist this story kept me glued to the end.

Don't miss this one...You won't regret it!

Sad but a good book. They really told you so much about all the people involved. it got a little bitconfusing, but since this is a true story I guess it should be acurate!

have read it three times. It was too well known of a story not to want to absorb it all.

This is an incredible true crime book. Its about 4 teen girls that were murdered in a yogurt shop in 1991. Very sad case. I am surprised this case is never on any crime shows or documentaries.

Murdered Innocents got a little boring because it was repetitive. Once you read about half of the book you knew exactly what happened and who did it..

4 teenage girls are in a yogurt shop. It is just after closing and they are cleaning up...less than an hour later all 4 girls are dead...apparent victims of a fire. A closer examination shows they were tied and gagged, assaulted and shot. WHO COULD DO IS?

Corey Mitchell brings this horrific story and the aftermath to life.

A great read for any true crime buff.

The story started out quite interesting and then became very dull.
