I have started using this site to track my eating.
I have been exercising for months but knew I needed to work on the input portion of it all. So far it seems to be great.
Anyone else used it?
I will have to check this out. Been keeping track of my food in a handwritten journal and it really is helpful. Been unable to exercise due to health issues and the journal had helped me loose about 45 lbs.
