Joy I have to laugh at what you said about it being weird typing Los Angeles Rams.  It took a very long time for me (and my husband) to call them St Louis Rams.  But I also remember when the Houston Texans were the Houston Oilers.

I remember the Houston Oilers too, Betty.  :)

I saw today that Buffalo has fired their offensive coordinator after losing to the Jets and going 0-2.  I also note that Rex Ryan's brother Rob is now the defensive coordinator for Buffalo.  Poor Alex.

Congrats Joy & Bettyjean on ur team wins! Sorry about Garrapello thou. Sad to see a young QB get hurt early on. Now if my Bears win it'll be awesome!

I won on my fantasy league even thou my players didn't do well. But my opponents did worse.

Oh, man.  As far as I know Garrapello is out for the Thursday game.  The new kid, Brissett, did a real good job for being thrown into the deep end of the pool.  Belichick even said he did a good job in his post-game press conference.  Amazing.  Compliments from him are not usually forthcoming.  :) Only two more games before we get Tom Brady back, thank goodness.  But I have to say, that before he got hurt, I was thinking maybe they won't want Brady back.  Then I was thinking, 'Goldarn that Roger Goodell anyway.'

Excellent win for the Giants, Betty!

Congrats Joy on another win for your Pats.  Must be nice to have a team so good, they can win no matter who your QB is. A great coach and smart playcalling can make all the difference.  I know if Eli ever goes down, we our doomed. Our backup QB didn't do so hot in the preseason - he looks like he regressed sitting on the bench.

Sorry about your Bears Cyn. I was so hoping they'd beat our div. rivals. I also wish Cutler would have thrown more just 1 or 2 more balls to Alshon Jeffrey because he is on my fantasy and I lost by 3 dang points! I lost last week too even though I have Drew Brees because my #1 pick Gurley, has not been doing much at all.  But at least my Giants won for real, even though it was not very pretty and almost gave me heart attack. lol.

Bettyjean I ended up getting off work in time to see that horrific game! Langford & white did good too. Sorry u lost by 3 in fantasy. I know the feeling. I did win this week so I'm 1-1.

Joy how did we do in our picks? I think I only missed 3. Thx for the sympathy on the bears choking. I'll take ur advice for next week! Lol
