MY word. Before I picked Texans, maybe I should have watched them play a game first. By the middle of first quarter I knew I made a big boo-boo. lol. NE looks fantastic and TExans looked terrible. Joy - even your backup's backup plays well. |

can't agree with Chicago winning at Dallas. Chicago has too many players out. |

Joy I have to agree with Bettyjean again. I did not see that outcome of the game coming. I figured Brisset wouldn't b all that & I was wrong. I put Houston D in for my fantasy & that was a big mistake too! So congrats on another Pat's win Joy! |

Now even Brisset has an injury! Something wrong with his thumb. These guys should be getting combat pay. They should put Brady in a padded cell until he comes back on the 9th. :) Thankfully we are done playing for the week, so Belichick has time to haul someone in off the street to play the back up, back up, back up quarterback. Good game though. I feel badly for all these New England journalists who essentially gave up on the first four games of the season without Brady and talking about how it would probably be okay if they went 0-4 with Brady coming back. Snicker. On another note entirely, the Red Sox clinched a playoff berth tonight! Woohoo! Cynthia ~ Cubs or White Sox? Charles, we generally root for the Bears cause they are Cynthia's team. Nothing scientific about the way we play! :) Also why we root for Betty's Giants and my Patriots. Except they deserted me this week. |

I think I heard somewhere that Edelman the wide receiver for the Patriots is the next guy on the depth chart at qb. |

Joy, that's the last time I don't pick NE. Judging by the games I've watched in entirety & putting aside my favoritism for my NYG, your Pats and Pittsburgh are the most balanced teams I've seen play, even with Brady out. Charles - you are welcome to join us. It's all just for fun & bragging rights. Last Edited on: 9/25/16 10:08 AM ET - Total times edited: 2 |

Good grief. Giants were a disaster today. And I must have jinxed Pittsburgh by talking good them because they were terrible too. lol. |
|||
|
|||
Oh, my word, Betty ~ what a horrible loss for the Giants. I thought they were going to pull it off. Crumbs. |

Cowboys win 31-17. The Philadelphia Eagles look like the team to beat in the NFC East. They handled the Steelers pretty easily. rookie quarterback is not hurting them at all. |

|||
Sorry about your Bears Cyn. We both were let down by our teams. I agree Charles. I hate to say it, but Eagles look good. Joy, every time you say "Crumbs", it cracks me up. You are the only person I ever heard use that expression.

Bettyjean I actually had to work during the bears game & didn't even dvr it. Had a feeling it was gonna b ugly. But I did win in fantasy with Brees & Ingram getting me the pts I needed. Yeah! thx Joy for posting the results. We're neck & neck huh? Last Edited on: 9/28/16 5:22 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
