Also can't believe Romo went out in Monday's game. It worked for me since my opponent in fantasy had Romo. Good luck all too! Sunday, Oct. 31

Totally missed my picks for the entire week. Last Sunday night, I settled down on the couch to watch the Minn/GB game and started feeling a little out-of-sorts. The tummy discomfort kept intensifying by the minute - it actually felt similar to labor pains and at my age, I am certainly not about to be birthin' no babies! I thought it might be food poisoning. My DH was already in bed, and I just about crawled into our bedroom to ask if he felt sick from dinner and he takes one look at me and said we were going to the hospital. (I actually didn't want to go because I'm thinking it's food poisoning or gas - and don't want to miss the game). And it's a good thing he insisted because they ran some tests, admitted me right away and scheduled me for gallbladder surgery. But come Monday night, even hooked up to monitors and intravenous, I watched my Giants win. But thank God I'm home. Spending 4 days & 3 nights in a hospital is quite enough thank you! |
