Joy, I can't believe Wash made it to the playoffs either.  Even stranger, I think they can beat GB.

Well, what do you know.  GB completely turned it around.  Wonder if it's a fluke or for real.

Very interesting games this weekend.  The first game, Kansas City @ Houston was painful to watch from Houston's standpoint.  Poor Brian Hoyer.  So many turnovers it was really embarassing to watch.

Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati was one of those games that shouldn't have ended, at least maybe wouldn't have, like it did if Andy Dalton had been healthy and playing.  Their young back-up looks like he should still be playing in high school and was just thrown into the deep end of the pool.  He did a good job of keeping his cool.

Sunday's two games were very good.  Competitive and you just weren't sure who was going to win.  I'm glad Green Bay pulled it out.  Seemed like Aaron Rodgers just woke up the second half of the game.

Betty - Tom Coughlin is interviewing for the Eagles today, apparently.  The Giants and the Eagles must be a pretty good rivalry.  What do you think?

Good question, Charles.  RG3's first year was good, but since then he just seems to have run off the rails somewhere.  Then with this year he has been injured and Kirk Cousins has taken over.  Washington would be silly not to keep Cousins as their starter for next year. Where do you think he will go?

there are some interesting possibilities. I think he should wait to see where Chip Kelly goes and try to land there. Kelly might be able to utilize him in a way to succeed. Dallas has been talked about as a back up to Romo. Houston needs a qb so he could go there. Cleveland maybe. It will interesting to watch. Since I follow the Cowboys I would like to see him go there but at this point I don't think anybody knows. It is possible RG3 may end up like Tim Tebow. He may not be NFL material.

Yes, I was thinking about Tim Tebow - hopefully he will not end up like him.  I think Denver may have kept Tebow on if they hadn't got a chance to sign Peyton Manning.  Who could turn him down?   But if he had stayed with Denver for another year it may all have ended up different.  Maybe not, but at least he would have had a chance to find out instead of getting buried in the NFL.

What do you all think about the St. Louis Rams being given permission to move to Los Angeles?  San Diego has also been given permission to join them at the stadium, kind of setting up a New Meadowlands west.  I imagine the fans at St. Louis and San Diego will not be best pleased.  But, man, what an open market Los Angeles is!

Joy, I would hate seeing Coughlin go over to the Eagles.  It would be weird seeing him on their sidelines, but it's obvious he doesn't want to retire.  I also read this morning that he is going back for a second interview today.

Phew.  Just read that Coughlin withdrew his name from consideration for Eagles coaching position.

Yes, that's good.  I understand that the Giants have promoted Ben McAdoo to the head coach position.  Will he be a good head coach?  I also see that Chip Kelly has been hired as the head coach in San Francisco.
