Well, good thing our brilliant (Im not being sarcastic) system produces them. I mailed out a CD (in SwapaCD) and forgot to mark it mailed. First time ever. Got a reminder email from the "system" and promptly clicked the button. Im not on that site very often and it just slipped my mind!

I love them for that reason. I use all 3 sites on a regular basis. Sometimes I'll come on here first, get sucked in and forget to tend to the others lol. I don't understand why some people get so upset about them. To each his own I guess :)

No problem with the reminders.

I forgot to mark a book received once and was glad for the reminder. I am usually so good about marking recieved.  I usually go straight from the mailbox to my computer to mark received.

I love the reminder emails. As a college student, my life is very very busy and PBS is often very low on my list of priorities. But the reminder emails are a good kick in the pants to mail my book out.

I'm not a fan now that I'm getting them on the day I chose as the mail date. I didn't used to get them for some reason, but they come now. Since I log in at least once a day anyway, I've just started marking my books mailed the night before to avoid having to delete the email the next day.

There's been a time or two when those "naggy" e-mails have reminded me to mark a book as having been received.  I occasionally miss it in the excitement of getting a new book to read!
