Good detective/murders to be solved story. Strong portrayal of small town life and the connections between seemingly random people. Cold winter setting made me glad to be listening inside warm car! Abridged CD version cuts some character development and minor plot threads so at the end you are left wondering why certain characters were even mentioned at the start as they really didn't have significant roles, but doesn't hinder the main plot. Not too complicated but intricate enough to keep your attention. Very good for my long daily commute.
