I mailed a book today to a person, but the wrapper and the blurb that we insert in the book to the receiver didn't have a name, just an address.  This is the first time I've seen that.  Do people have the option of not having their name listed on the wrapper?

I really don't know if they have that option or not.

But I DO know, it doesn't need to have a name to be delivered.  The USPS isn't concerned with names, just the address.  That is why we can get mail to Occupant or Aunt Sue or just no name at all.

Was the address Peachtree something Lane in Georgia?  Maybe the member is using PBS as her return address.
