I gave all mine away last year too!  I'll see if I can find anything for you from my firends. I used Bradley and loved it!  You can find Ina May on ebay used pretty cheap too.

I can't get to your links to what vaccine book you're interested in but under that category  I can highly recommend How to Raise a Vaccine Free Child.  We have one child who was vax injured.  Sears had a delayed vax schedule as well in his vax book.  I also got rid of all of my Natural birth books and books recommended by my MW back on my first child.
