I found this to be a rather unique book. It has no publication date but appears to be from the 60's.
With everyone trying to eat healthier, honey is far superior to white sugar. It gives a quick over view of bee keeping, the history of bees and honey, different kinds of honey and begins with some recipes for face, skin and body, home rememdies recipes using honey and a couple of unusual honey drinks.
If you like to use honey, no more trying to use the equivalent to sugar, these recipes have it already taken care of.
There are Salads, Vegetables, Meats, Poultry and Seafood, Breads, Accompaniments, desserts, and beverages.
I liked this book not only because of the healthful recipes, but also because the a simple, basic and tasty. I am not a gourmet cook and appreciate old fashioned recipes.
