This book could be excellent for people with mild to mildly-moderate disorders; everything from depression to worrying to brooding to gambling, and really everything else in between. Sachs is very big on meditation, herbal remidies, yoga, acupuncture, journaling, and excersize. I do not recommend this book for anyone with severe psychaitric disorders or severe addiction, because the remedies contained therein are not potent enough to deal with very serious conditions. If you're into natural medicine and have mild to moderate problems, this book could be awesome. If you're severely depressed or neurotic, this book will only make you feel bad about yourself for all the things you can't do to help yourself.
