Most of the graphs show a central motif and a border. By interchanging these there are over 90 possible designs for pillows, rugs, Parsons tables and small accessories.

This now somewhat elderly classic is still fresh. If you love needlepoint and have a fondness for chinese designs you can't go wrong with this book. Dragons, fish, frogs, turtles, lions and crabs flourish in designs for rugs, carpets, eyeglass holders, etc. Designs are well drawn and easily followed. Full color illustrations will inspire you and the stitch patterns will make it easy. If you haven't seen this book, it's worth a try. I loved it and used it for several projects.
