Hi!

Basically I don't know what to do about this, or if it'll go away on it's own..

So to start, today I had zero credits, and 3 wish list offers.  I bought 3 credits, and clicked for the books to be sent to me.

Now my account is telling me I have -1 credit... I didn't tell the system I recieved a previously lost book, like the help section states as pretty much the only option for it to happen to.

The only thing I can think of that could of screwed it up is I accidently clicked on one of them to be sent to an alternate address, and then clicked to be back on the main page, but they're all showing up under "Books requested".  And today's books are showing up under my transaction archive, so I don't know if there's another place where I can see where the missing credit went.

So now I basically now I don't know what to do?  Is there someone I ask to fix this since as far as I can tell it's a glitch?

Thanks ahead of time for any help!

~ Aila

Did you mail a book out that might have gone lost?

Did you accidentally order an audio book? Don't laugh at that-I had a lady PM saying she didn't realize I was sending her cassettes. The listing said cassettes and it was 2 credits. But I guess she wan't paying attention.

Did you check your credit registry? It's under My Account, right under the tabs.

Use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to request the Club to look into this for you.

Thanks!  Credit registry revealed the culprit.  Aparently I clicked on one of the books twice, so it's showing up 2 times.  It was a single credit book, not an audio book, so I'm going through the contact us thing.

Thanks everyone! ^_^

You can cancel one of the transactions as long as the sender hasn't printed the label out.
