neighborgoods.net

I just heard about this place on a Green/Tech podcast.  You can borrow things from other NeighborGoods users like ladders, tables, power tools, appliances, etc. -- expensive things that you don't use all the time.  I set-up an account and posted my circular saw, power tools, ladder, and some other items.  It's free, but if you want to get verified, they charge $5 for that.  If you're verified, people will be more likely to trust you with their items.  Or they might require a small deposit.

I am not affiliated with them in anyway; just figured it'd be a good match for users of this site.  Right now, NeighborGoods is kinda small but more members are constantly joining, so there will be more users to borrow stuff from.
