I got a copy of this book from the hospital after my recent heart surgery. It has a bunch of good recipes in it! (As well as good suggestions for heart patients cooking/eating that apply to any of us who are getting older.)
This book has some great recipes if you have to reduce your sodium and cholesterol levels, but still want good tasting food. Each of the recipes includes calories, sodium, cholesterol, total fat, protein, and fiber per serving. There is a vegetarian section that is geared to ovo-lacto vegetarians. Also includes good health advice as well. No pictures, but the recipes I've tried so far were easy and tasted very good.
