I am not a person who reads self-help books. I've never picked one up. But because I recently got engaged I figured this might be an interesting read and offer some good advice.
There may very well be good advice in it. I don't know because I couldn't get that far into it. Its self-help-iness is too out there to ignore. I would not suggest this for someone who doesn't like the self-help genre, despite their interest in the subject.
