In the past, when you put your bookshelf on hold, your box account stayed active. Has that changed? I thought you had to pause your box account seperately? I was putting my account on hold for a bit, but had a few "pending" boxes. I thought they would be able to access my list, but I got a PM from one saying my box account was held. When did that change??

When you put your account on hold or try to close it, it's supposed to keep pending transactions open until they are completed.  I agree w/the above poster-the other person probaly looked at your shelf.

Well, I had taken it off hold so the boxer could add a book from my list. Now that it is on hold again, my boxer account is held too. It didn't used to work this way, did it?
