As a first time mom, I enjoyed the self-care this book advocated. It also brings up issues you don't think or talk to your partner and parents about, such as finding time for yourself and your partner.
A MUST for any mom-to-be, new or veteran. Very down-to-earth verbiage. Section 1 talks about things like your physical & emotional changes, plus additional info. like how to balance work and home. Section 2 focuses on your relationships - your marriage, the extended family, and your social life. A very valuable resource that will be referenced again and again throughout pregnancy and beyond.
