This book is very practical and finally you'll hear what really happens to your body after childbirth. And how to improve your body! Reassuring and like woman-to-woman.

What's going on with your body after the baby comes? What is all that...uh...fluid? Is this normal? How about THIS? This book can answer those questions for you.

The physical side of new motherhood AND the emotional side, too, are included in this book and the author really tells it like it really is. I have two children, and I found this book to be comforting after giving birth via C-section. I was able to see that my changes in mood AND in body were completely normal and when something wasn't, I called my doctor.

A good shower gift (that's when I got mine) or new baby gift.
