This book has great hints and concrete way to may your time to breastfeed the most successful it can be. It includes -why breastfeeding is best for baby and mother, -positioning and latching on-How to know if your baby is getting enough, -getting to know your baby's feeding patterns, and nutrition tips for mom and baby.
I found this book extremely helpful as a new mother. It is easy to read, informative, and thorough. I used it frequently night and day. The only thing it did not do is tell you what to do with specific problems, like a plugged duct. I recommend this for any new mother!
