I need some verses to back up a paragraph I am writing. To sum it up, I'm saying that things go better in my life when I stop trying to run my life and let God do it for me instead. What verses from the NT can you think of?

How about Philippians 1:20:

20  I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.

I'll keep thinking and see if I can come up with anything else.

ETA:  "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)
