is there a PBS to English dictionary? i am having a hard time figuring out some the of the shorthand being used.

thank you, i never thought to seach like that, one that i was not getting was RWAP. and it isnt on the list. but chance do you know what that is?

The Help Center is actually is pretty good for returning real answers to most phrase or word searches.

RWAP or RWP is a Received With a Problem transaction. It is a way of reporting a book you receive as not meeting site guidelines, requester conditions, or being damaged in transit. Hopefully you won't have to come too familiar with that one :-)

Just pop into a thread and ask too if you don't know what something means.  No one comes to PBS knowing what all of the abbreviations are.
