I noticed a couple threads about free ebooks. I used to download them and forget they were on my computer. Now I'm using My Ebook Library. It is really helpful way to organize ebooks and pdfs. You can add tags so you can search your collection, too.

Here is the link: http://my-ebook-library.en.softonic.com/

And here is another one, in case it is busy: http://www.freedownloadsplace.com/Download-My-Ebook-Library-1.0-Free-7987.htm

I had to try a few times to get the download to start, but it was worth it. I found so many resources just sitting in my computer.

Enjoy! And feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Thanks!  Looking forward to giving this a try!  Have you ever checked out  currclick.com ?  It sells (and has a weekly freebie) for many types of homeschooling materials and they are all in ebook format!!!

Gosh thanks - I can use something like this.

I'm an e-book junkie.  :)

Yes, I download stuff from Curriclick.

Also, there is a new site that has one homeschool freebie a day: http://homeschoolfreebie.wholesomechildhood.com/

They've had some really cute vintage children's cookbooks, as well as other great stuff I keep missing. :( Sign up for their newsletter to see what will be available throughout the week.

I started using it a month ago.  I really like it as far as keeping all my ebooks organized and easy to find.  Now if only I could find the time to read them :)

How do you add tags?

Right click on My Collections. Then select New Collection. Add a category and then you can drag and drop your ebooks into the proper folder. You can also edit your ebook information by right clicking on the book and selecting edit.

It's not technically tagging, but it works. Hope that helps!
