I just finished reading The confessions of a duchess. I liked the book and yet I didnt like the book. I am reluctant to get the next two books in the series b/c I just don't care enough about those characters to order the books.

In the book her cousin Lydia Cole gets in trouble. Can anyone tell me in the next books what happens to her? It was her character I was curious about more than the subjects of her next books.

I hope someone can help me. :)

All 3 on on my overflowing TBR shelves.  Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.  On the whole, I enjoy Cornick.  The right mixture of dark and light in her books for me for the most part.  Hopefully someone else knows!

I hate that, when the book isn't great but you're still interested in the characters. If you can hold out, Cornick shows up in deals in the book bazaar regularly and you can probably get it in a good bundle eventually.

Yeah maybe I should go look there. I could probably ask for them.

If I remember right her story continues through the series. She makes some poor choices and I don't think she finds her HEA by the end of the 3rd book. Its been a while since I've read them so maybe someone else can fill in the storyline better. I like the series and the storyline of the last book best. Rhonda
