Ninety and Loving It Author:Edna Sahm Here is a slice of history from an amazing woman. Through her eyes you will not only see the progression of American society and civilization over ninety years, but she will take you on her journey of going from an under-privileged and orphaned early life, to becoming a first rate, world traveled and affluent philanthropist. She is a... more »ffectionately known as the Queen of Escondido, California.
Withe the looks of a super star, this woman knows all ends of the spectrum. She's been poor and she's been rich. She likes to joke, rich is better! However she doesn't lavish herself at the exclusion of others. She generously shares her resources with those in need.
Dedicated to advancing the California Center for the Arts, Escondido for over fifteen years, she's mingled with celebrities and also spends time supporting those with less enjoyable plights like: Interfaith, Hospice, and Serenity Women's Shelters.
Enjoy the inspiration, highs and lows of a walking history book, and maybe as she reflects ... you will do some reflection too!« less
