Read this so long ago I don't remember much, but do remember it being very funny.

I enjoy his writing. A thinly veiled Taos, New Mexico (I don't know how thin, since I've never been there). By the way, John-Nichols-of-1978, if you think that America has gotten to shallow, narcissic and conservative, it's only going to get worse in the next 35 years!
