I still had it when I marked a book received yesterday.

The RWP button doesn't appear if the book was sent to an alternate address (not the address entered into your account and used as the default).

Did you send it to an alternate address? You don't get the RWP option then. That's the only reason I can think that you didn't get it.

I marked a book RWAP yesterday. I first had to select "was the book recieved" and then I saw the RWAP button.

I just marked a book received a few moments ago and the RWP button is there.  I didn't have to use it, but it was available.   Just FYI.......

Sorry for the copy and paste from the Help Center but they are more concise than my answer would be.

If you do not see the when you mark a book received, that means that you requested this book to be sent to an alternate address (not the address on your account).

  • This is part of the system--books sent to an alternate address will not have the "problem" option.
  • The system presumes that an alternate address means an alternate recipient, and that you will not be examining the book yourself.

If a book you requested to be sent to an alternate address is received with a problem:

  • Use the Comments box on the bottom of the Book Received page to note the problem(s) with the book.
  • You can still contact the sender as described in There is a problem with a book I received!, to discuss this book and to ask for a credit refund if it is warranted.
    • You can write the PM to the sender in the box at the top of the Book Received page
    • You can contact the sender after that (if you did not use the text box at the top of the Book Received page when marking the book received) from the Completed transaction in your Transaction Archive.
  • Comments put into the text box on the survey will be reviewed if there is a problem with a sender's account, even in books that were not classified as problem transactions.
