Great illustrations and simple descriptions of how different animals enjoy nursing with their mommies ending with a picture of a human mom and baby nursing saying "We like to nurse".

A very simple book with one sentance per page describing a picture of various animals nursing. It's done tactfully as well, including the picture of a baby human nursing. It does use the word nipples once describing puppies nursing. Descriptions of the animals nursing often apply to humans as well...cuddling, protecting the baby, etc. A good little book with bright colors. I read it to my 5 month old, though I'm not sure how much she understands. She likes looking at the pictures though! Might be good for a child old enough to make the connection between animals and themselves.
