Aww.  Yay for Rufo finding a home!  Every weekend at Petco they have pet adoptions for dogs and cats and I often wonder how long some of them have been there waiting to be adopted.  Seven years is a long time!

I'm still sniveling. What a happy ending and such a long wait to get it.

Wonderful video!  Our old golden retriever was a lost dog who roamed down our driveway one day after we built our home by the lake.  We hadn't had a dog ever (my husband had one when he was a boy).  She stayed.  Now has trouble getting around but she has brought so much love and joy to our entire family that we take one year at a time.
