Hi Kelly and Linda! I'm hoping that you are far enough away from OKC and Moore to be safe for now from these predicted tornadoes - AGAIN. Stay safe, please!

(I thought I posted earlier; so if another post pops up out of the system, my apologies.)


FIrst of all thank you all so much for your thoughts & concens. We've said it before; the ladies (& stray man or two) of this forum are the best.

Mom & I have had some exciting moments recently with some severe t-storms; but no damage from either hail, straightline winds or tornadoes. Mom is in western Oklahoma; Beckham County. OKC is about 2 hours due east of her. I am in south central Oklahoma (Stephens County). OKC is about 80 miles northeast of me.

We have another threat of severe weather this afternoon ... so "weather awareness" is the name of the game; as it has been these last couple of weeks.
