Chicken or Turkey Noodle soup. Leftovers with bones, simmered with onion and garlic, and a bit of carrot for a couple of hours. Then, take out the bones, chop the meat and add back to the broth. Throw in a package of wide egg noodles and simmer for 9-11 minutes. Add some peas if you want. Eat well!!
I also love Baked Potato Soup garnished with a dollop of sour cream, a little grated cheddar and some bacon bits. I put green onion in the soup.
