i'm forgetting that the sunrise was the best thing that i'd ever seen until i saw it in your eyes.
i dreamt last night that the ocean was the purest blue i had ever seen until i saw it in your eyes.
if dreaming was enough belief i'd believe in everything
i believe in you and me.

summer romance finds two hearts and mends them together
this summer flame is burning deep within my heart.
my thoughts, they crashed, and buried all the sound
but your whisper was the softest hush i could receive.

beautiful sunset sky
as i sit next to you
i'll never leave your side
beautiful sunset eyes
as blue as the ocean
you wear the sky like a crown.

...rich and raw...and evocative... I can feel the sun, see it setting, and the breath of my lover next to me...

This made me remember how it feels to fall in love. It is beautifully written.

Any woman in her right mind would give everything to have a man write a poem like this for her. This ode sounds past-tense. If so, you're too good for her!
