I sent three books using delivery confirmation from Chicago to TN.  I have the credits so no problem there, but I find this information strange.  Have any of you seen this before?   Are the books  just bouncing around Memphis blues joints, do you think?

Its stuck circling on a sorter at the Memphis NDC for some reason, going around and around, don't know why it can't get off the sorter and output down a chute so it can go on the next leg of it's trip.

Wondering if it's dizzy yet lol!

Call your local post office  and tell them your parcel is looping. They should be able to telephone the Memphis plant, who will flag that DC number and have it kicked into a reject bin. From there a human will deal with it and get it sent on its way correctly.
