PBS says this is being sent from a member in Connecticut...
I don't know why the electronic info would show up several days after an enroute scan, and I really don't know why it would say Virgin Islands! |

Electronic Shipping Info Received: This means the sender's shipping program uploaded the info to USPS electronically. It is not a USPS scan, nor does USPS have any control over this info. As for the St. Thomas, VI. The sender put that info into the shipping program. |

Well with PBS, you can't change the shipped from zip, and PBS says the user is in CT, so I doubt they changed their return address, therefore Endicia must have been smoking crack one night! The package picked up another enroute scan in Federal Way, I think I am doomed :) |
