I have my VHS tapes listed on another site that I don't like anymore. I really want to get rid of them because I'll be selling the house I'm in and moving to an apartment. I just need to get rid of them. Can I offer a free videotape (in my signature line or via PM to anyone who orders from me) with each book order - provide them with a link to a list they can choose from?

I believe you can do this - but offer it in the Book Bazaar.  As long as it's still falling into the media category and isn't the item you are asking a credit for.   You have to make it clear that it is a freebie and what exactly it is.  Only books (and intended included items like CD's) are to be swapped for a credit.
