I have a set of materials for Tolerance Tales for the Early Grades.   It includes 12 stories, with discussion questions and activities, 10 lesson plans (standards based for grades prek-6) and two sets of student readers (6 books in each) for small group exercises.

It is called "Rhinos and Raspberries"  no isbn, published by Teaching Tolerance, a project of the Southern Poverty Law Center

One hardcover and 12 small books in total.  I am happy to send the whole set for 2 credits, just to cover the postage.  Please PM me if interested.

Thanks

Hi!  I teach 4, 5 and 6 grades.  Do you think this series would be approprate for that age group?  In looking it up, it seems that it may be a little to young for my crew.

Tara,

It says up to 6th grade, but the booklets are quite simple.  I suspect that, while your kids might get a lot out of it, they might feel like the materials are too babyish for them.

That was my impression from the little bit of research I did on them.  Thanks, anyway!!  It sounds like a great set.
