Brady is out for the season.  He will be having season-ending knee surgery on his left knee.  Crumbs.  Triple Crumbs.  I don't know what they will do for a quarterback for the rest of the year.  I've heard rumors that they will stay with Matt Cassel, will try to talk Daunte Culpepper out of retirement, Chris Simms name has been floated around.  Who knows? 

I've always thought that when he gives a press conference, Bill Belicheck looks something like a basset hound.  A semi-comatose basset hound.  But that is on his good days.  I've never seen him look this bad when he did today's presser and made the announcement about Brady.  The NFL says that the hit Brady took was legal, but I'm not sure everyone is going to believe that. 

Too bad Favre has gone to the Jets.  But, we'd only need him for a year (hopefully).  Crumbs Crumbs Crumbs.  Well, maybe he and Tiger Woods can rehab together.   :(
