I bet he's glad the effects of the burns were temporary or he'd be facing assault charges.  He may still be---

What a wacko!  I would absolutely sue him and the school too!  From the article, it sounds like he had been warned about his behavior and refused to comply, let he was allowed to stay.  While I can't imagine anyone would have predicted he would be burning anyone's arms, he shouldn't have been in the classroom to begin with.  Scary.

If he did such as that to my child, I'd be furious.  I'd sue him, curse him, and I might even shoot him.

I can tell you that if he ever burned my kid, he wouldn't live to tell about it and his body never would be found.
