Excellent story. I couldn't put this down. The four novellas are very well integrated to the main story about a bed that has witnessed many generations of romances in one family. I especially enjoyed Brockway's entries.

I tried to read this, but I was a little slow, I couldn't get into it, It also jumped back and forth, But don't let this discourage you, maybe you will like it.

I've read lots of anthology collections in the past, but lately I've more or less given up on them because it seems as if they're always uneven. But every single novella in this book is a jewel. It is on my keeper shelf, and I will never part with it. Ms. Dodd and Ms. Brockway have crafted such romantic stories, and the way they all tie together is nothing short of brilliant. I never usually bother to post reviews on Amazon, but I had to with this collection because it is so terrific. Very sexy and funny, too!

Two of my favorite authors comspire to make a cute and interesting tale revolving around The Masterson Bed. Laurel Whitney leads a tour of an old English manor, tells romantic tales of the people that used the bed, through the Elizabethan and Regency era, & up to the present day (including her!)

Two great romance writers come together to tell the story of the Masterson bed and how it affected the lives of the couples who slept in it. One may even give the bed a whirl as she tells the story.
