This is a great cookbook for someone who's just learning how to cook or for someone who wants to add some easy recipes to their dinner rotation. The recipes are varied and interesting, very tasty and all pretty easy to do! No exotic or hard to find ingredients, which makes eating well even easier. Very convenient one dish cooking. Includes a photo for each recipe. Also includes nutritional info for each recipe, which is really nice. A lot of the recipes are very kid-friendly also!
